UX Research & Strategy
I build the base for experience improvements through user interviews, usability testing, focus groups, and online surveys to design with data in mind.
AI Product Design
I design AI products end to end, including AI-first workflows and interaction patterns, human-in-the-loop review flows, guardrails that keep model behaviour predictable, and prototyping against live models.
Full-Stack Build & Ship
I build and ship production software with agentic AI tooling, including React front ends, API and database design, deployment, and automated QA. From design intent to deployed product without handoffs.
Service Design & Blueprinting
I map how a service actually works before designing anything, including field research and shadowing, current-state and target-state service blueprints, and process flows that translate directly into build scope.

I’m Alexa. Yes, like the Amazon thing.
I’ve been deep in product design for 10 years and I pride myself on being a Swiss Army Knife for any problem that needs solving. Lately the knife ships production software: research, design, full-stack build, and deployment, with agentic AI tooling as my engineering multiplier.
Currently at GovTech Singapore with the Consultancy & Innovation Office - designing and building production systems for Singapore's public service, from AI-assisted casework consoles to innovation portfolio platforms.
